From the beginning, our focus has remained steadfast: supporting the unique needs and aspirations of every individual in our care.
Since 2023, we have expanded our team to include professionals with extensive industry expertise, united by shared values of inclusion, equality, and person-centred support. Zara Fakhrodin - CEO
Zara has been in the disability industry for over 12 years. Zara has worked in the industry, assisting many people with various levels of care from mild to complex care needs. Zara has held multiple roles in the industry, specialising in operations and executive management.
Zara became a COO in 2022, assisting a new start organisation with growth, operations management and policy implementation where she polished her skills in company management, operational development and customer satisfaction.
In 2023, Zara saw the need to develop her own disability company to increase personalise and tailored care and place the participant first in all decision making.
She is now the CEO of Sunhubs Care Services.

Kirstin Healey - Client Engagement Manager
Kirstin has worked in the disability sector for 20 years. She started in “Group Homes” and then had the opportunity to work in a Day Service in Victoria. This was an amazing opportunity with diverse supports provided. It gave her the confidence and experience to relocate to Sydney, where she spent 5 years managing a large Day Service for adults with a disability. She has experience in Support Coordination, managing Day Services for adults, managing Supported Independent Living housing, and Client Engagement.
She loves working in disability and is passionate about sharing her knowledge and supporting families and individuals in any way possible.
She is excited to be a part of the Sunhubs Community, a place where the focus is on the people that matter.

Sara Khan - Clinical Nurse
With over 20 years of experience in nursing and mental health, Sara brings a wealth of clinical expertise and heartfelt dedication to the Sunhubs team. After discovering a deep sense of purpose in the disability sector two years ago, she made the life-changing decision to transition fully into this field—driven by the meaningful connections and impact she found in supporting individuals with disabilities.
Sara’s compassionate approach, combined with her extensive clinical background, makes her an invaluable part of our team. She is a passionate advocate for the people we support, consistently championing their rights, wellbeing, and independence.

Kylie Hogbin - Area Manager
Kylie brings over 12 years of dedicated experience in the disability sector, following a strong foundation in aged care where she developed a deep appreciation for person-centred support. Her passion for disability services grew from a genuine connection to the diversity, resilience, and individuality of the people she supports.
Driven by a commitment to inclusion and empowerment, Kylie advocates for independence and builds meaningful relationships that go beyond traditional care. For her, this work is not just a career—it’s a calling.
She holds Certificates III and IV in Aged Care and Individual Support, along with a Leadership and Management qualification, equipping her with both frontline expertise and strategic insight.
She is enthusiastic about the mission of Sunhubs Care Services and looks forward to walking alongside clients as they pursue their goals and aspirations.

Tammie Glase - House Manager
Tammie brings over seven years of experience in the care sector, including five years in aged care and more than two years in disability support. Her career began in frontline support roles, progressing into coordination and leadership positions. Since transitioning into the disability sector, Tammie has embraced roles as a Team Leader and now serves as both a House Manager and Support Worker.
Her passion for disability support stems from witnessing the growth, resilience, and increasing independence of the individuals she works with. Tammie finds deep fulfillment in being part of their journey, helping clients achieve their goals and live more empowered lives.
She holds Certificates III and IV in Aged Care and Individual Support, and brings a strong foundation of practical knowledge and compassionate care to her role.
Outside of work, Tammie enjoys spending time with her family and exploring new adventures. She is enthusiastic about the mission of Sunhubs Care Services and is proud to walk alongside clients as they pursue their aspirations.

Nesrin Fardous - House Manager
With eight years of experience in the disability sector, Nesrin brings a strong foundation of hands-on support and leadership to the Sunhubs team. She spent seven years in a Day Program in Belmore, followed by a year as a Team Leader in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) house at Chester Hill with Sunhubs. Her current role allows her to combine operational responsibility with meaningful client engagement—something she finds deeply rewarding.
Her passion lies in supporting individuals to achieve personal growth, independence, and self-determination. She is committed to empowering clients through choice and control in their daily lives, and takes pride in being part of their journey toward reaching their goals.
Nesrin holds a Diploma in Counselling and is actively expanding her expertise through a volunteer role with Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA), focusing on advocacy and peer support. This ongoing involvement reflects her dedication to continuous learning and sector development.
She looks forward to contributing to more positive outcomes and embracing new opportunities to support and uplift the lives of those in her care.

Nichall Menon - House Manager
With over six years of experience in the disability sector, Nick brings a compassionate and skilled approach to supporting individuals with complex behaviours and high support needs. His work is driven by a deep commitment to empowering youth and young adults, helping them build independence, confidence, and meaningful routines in their daily lives.
Nick’s journey in disability services began with a clear purpose: to help others achieve greater autonomy and live life on their own terms. He holds a Certificate IV in Disability Services and Community Services, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Disability and Community Inclusion to further enhance his practice and leadership in the field.
Known for his person-centred approach and dedication to continuous learning, Nick strives to deliver modern, individualised support that makes a lasting impact.
Nick is proud to be part of a forward-thinking team and is passionate about providing next-level support that enables clients to reach their full potential.

Patricia Among - House Manager
Patricia is a compassionate and dedicated professional with over six years of experience in the health care sector. She is deeply committed to empowering individuals to live independently, pursue their personal goals, and lead fulfilling lives. Her approach is collaborative and person-centred, working closely with families, allied health professionals, and support coordinators to deliver services that align with NDIS plans and client aspirations.
With a strong academic foundation, Patricia holds an Accounting Degree, an MBA with a major in Finance, and a Certificate IV in Health Care. This unique blend of clinical and financial expertise enables her to navigate complex care environments with both empathy and strategic insight.
Patricia brings warmth, energy, and a forward-thinking mindset to her work and is proud to be part of the Sunhubs Services team, where she continues to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those she supports.

Sherry Azad - House Manager
With over 15 years of dedicated service in the disability sector, Sherry brings a wealth of experience and compassion to her work. She has collaborated with leading organisations across New South Wales, consistently demonstrating her commitment to inclusive, person-centred care.
Fluent in Auslan (Australian Sign Language) and equipped with a broad range of industry qualifications, Sherry has supported individuals from diverse backgrounds and with varied needs. Her approach is grounded in empathy, professionalism, and a deep passion for empowering people of all abilities.
What distinguishes Sherry is her ability to build genuine, meaningful connections. She fosters environments where clients feel heard, respected, and supported—ensuring every interaction is positive, purposeful, and tailored to individual goals.
